Born in 1997, in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, Jon found interest in the nature that surrounded him. The ways in which man edited the landscape of the Susquehanna Valley intrigued him to no end. Cities built on lush green hills, farmland split between owners, infrastructure jutting from rivers and lakes. Jon noticed the conflicts and resolutions that came with our inherent need to conquer the soil under us and began to record his experiences. Through art, Jon discovered his way of expressing the discord between man and nature’s inherent systems.
Jon attended the Maryland Institute College of Art, endured a 4-year fever dream, and graduated with a BFA in Animation. He quickly built a varying and robust resume that would lead to his attraction for mixed media and help hone his eclectic style. He would go on to explore the relationship between medium, interest, and lived experience.
Currently working out of Denver, Colorado. He enjoys the mountains. He hates AI.
